Step 1 MEET

We meet with you personally to better understand your needs and your circumstances.

Step 2 DECIDE

We present your financial options and help you decide which solution is right for you.

Step 3 APPLICATION

Your mortgage broker walks you through the application process step by step, while applying and submitting your application.

Step 4 APPROVAL

When your loan is approved we will organise all your contracts for signing and next steps.

Step 5 SETTLEMENT

We will liaise your settlement booking with your legal representative or bank. Congratulations your loan is settled. Your new home or refinance is complete!
